Written plan first
We email a plan with the scope and cost. Work starts after you agree to it.
Invoices
Invoices come only from billing@thomdigital.org. If one comes from anywhere else, don't pay it and tell us.
Payment methods
Bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe or Wise. Need another option? Email billing@thomdigital.org before work starts.
Ad budget
You pay Meta or TikTok directly for ads. We never hold your ad budget.
