How work is agreed

We email a written plan with the scope and cost. Work starts after you agree to it in writing by email.

Invoices

Invoices come only from billing@thomdigital.org. If an invoice comes from any other address, do not pay it, and tell us.

Payment methods

We accept bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe and Wise. Your plan says which method to use and when payment is due.

If you need to pay another way, email billing@thomdigital.org before work starts. We will tell you by email whether we can use it.

Ad budget

Ad budget is paid by you directly to the ad platform, such as Meta or TikTok. We never hold your ad budget, and platform charges are separate from our fees.
