Who we are

Thom Digital runs thomdigital.org. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Thom Digital. You can reach us at info@thomdigital.org.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, you enter your name, email address, and optionally a link, a service and a message. When you press send, the form delivers these details to our email inbox. We do not keep them in a database on this site.

If you email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to send, along with your email address or phone number.

If you accept cookies in the banner, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used, and we may use advertising tags such as the Meta and TikTok pixels to measure our own ads. These tags load only after you accept. If you decline, they do not load. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, to prepare an assessment or plan you asked for, and to deliver work you have hired us for. We do not sell your information.

Services this site uses

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. If you accept cookies, Google (Tag Manager and Analytics) and any advertising providers we add process visit data under their own policies, and this can include transfers outside your country. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and Fontshare. When your browser loads these, the providers can see your IP address and basic browser details, under their own policies.

The contact form is delivered by FormSubmit, which passes your message to our inbox under its own policy. Email and WhatsApp messages are handled by those services under their own terms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages for as long as we need to answer them and for a reasonable time afterwards. If you become a client, we keep records of the work for as long as we need them.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing us. We will reply by email.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not aimed at children.

If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
