About these terms

These terms cover your use of thomdigital.org and our enquiry process. Paid work is covered by the written plan we send you by email, which you agree to before work starts.

What we do

We work on Shopify stores, book marketing, local business marketing and TikTok Shop, including pages, trust, ads and reporting. We describe the work and what we need from you in a written plan.

Payment

We send a written plan with the scope and cost by email, and work starts after you agree to it. Invoices come only from billing@thomdigital.org. You can pay by bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe or Wise, as set out in the plan. If you need another method, email us before work starts. The full details are in our Payment Policy.

Ad budget is paid by you directly to the ad platform, such as Meta or TikTok. We do not hold your ad budget, and platform charges are separate from our fees.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee sales, rankings, reviews or any result. Results depend on the product, price, offer, market, ad platforms and many things outside our control. Any figures on this site come from real accounts at the time shown and are not a promise of what you will get.

Your responsibilities

You give us accurate information and the access we need, and you confirm you have the right to use the products, images, books and accounts you ask us to work on. You follow the rules of the platforms involved, such as Shopify, Meta, TikTok and Amazon.

Third-party platforms

Ad and store platforms can change rules, reject ads or limit accounts at any time. We are not responsible for decisions made by those platforms.

Work we show

We show client work, screenshots and videos on this site with the client's permission. If you are a client and want something removed, email us and we will remove it.

Ownership

The content and design of this site belong to Thom Digital. Work we make for you is covered by the written plan.

Limits

We are not liable for indirect or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law.
